NS seeks suppliers for the delivery of Monobloc wheels for its train types SLT (Desiro platform train) and FLIRT. NS intends to award the Contract to the two Tenderers that submitted the best Tenders ranked on a price-quality ratio. The Contract (i.e. total demand for Monobloc wheels) will then be allocated to the two suppliers as follows: 60 percent to the highest-ranked Tenderer and 40 percent to the Tenderer that submitted the second-best offer.
